The local guide will pick you up the airport. Then you will be transferred to check in a comfortable hotel. Today’s tour begins at the landmark of Shanghai-the Bund, walk along the Bund, It stretched away on either side with innumerable modern buildings. Dinner is served in an exquisite local restaurant. After dinner, an experience of cruising on Huangpu River is arranged for you, you will be astonished by the big change of Shanghai.
- The Bund: Also called the Zhongshan Road, it is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years, winding a 1500 meters (less than one mile) length. Walking along the Bund, which is at the west shore of the Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower can be seen on the opposite side and also the Jin Mao Tower.Being one of the Top Ten Shanghai Attractions, the Bund is a really beautiful and special place which is worth visiting. On the western side of Zhongyi Dongyi Road stand 52 buildings, showing various Chinese and foreign architectural styles, hence the name of  “World Architecture Exposition in Modern Times”
- Cruising on Huangpu River: Huangpu River, yellow in color and ice-free all the year round, is 14 kilometers long, and averages 400 meters wide and 9 meters deep. On a starry night, cruising on the river, you can see the stately row of buildings at the Bund. This quintessential example of multi-national architecture gives off an aura of color, painting the night skyline. The splendid array of structures resembles misty ice palaces in a riot of colors-golden yellow, pure white and aquamarine blue. Constantly changing colors mesmerize its visitors and lure them to linger even longer.

After your breakfast in hotel, the tour guide will meet you at around 9am in your hotel lobby. In the morning, transfer to look around Shanghai Old Street, where is a tourist boulevard where a glossy, embalmed wedge of the past is preserved. Next stop is Yuyuan Garden, a place of peace and comfort in the heart of bustling Shanghai, dates back to the fabled Ming Dynasty. Lunch in a decent restaurant. In the afternoon you will pay a visit to Xin Tian Di, an urban tourist attraction imbued with the city's historical and cultural legacies. Then go to visit Shanghai Urban Planning & Exhibition Hall. In the evening you will be accompanied to visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower, which is the world's third tallest TV and radio tower. After that, go to watch a grand acrobatic show at a theatre, it is last for about 2hours. An acrobatic show has become one of the most popular evening entertainments for tourists in Shanghai. You can enjoy gravity-defying contortionism, juggling, unicycling, chair-stacking, and plate-spinning acts at the following stages.
- Shanghai Old Street: Situated in Middle Fangbang Road, the old street consists of the eastern and western parts. The eastern part consists of the civilian residences of the late Qing Dynasty; and the western section shows the buildings modeled on the architectural styles of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The architectural structures from west to east display the historical and cultural evolution of Old Shanghai from the Ming and Qing dynasties, to the Republic of China and to the era when the Western culture poured into China.
- Yuyuan Garden: A traditional Chinese park decorated by beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes, bridges and rockeries. Yu Garden is not only a famous classical garden in South China, but also a major historic and cultural site under state protection.
- Xin Tian Di Entertainment Complex: It is a state-of-the-art warren of upscale shops, bars and restaurants based on the theme of "where old meets new". Here you find the oddly complimentary combination of the traditional houses of old Shanghai (the 'Shikumen') hosting ultra modern restaurants, bars and shops. The exterior of these shikumen style houses of 1920's Shanghai have been tastefully restored, whilst inside they have been fully renovated to accommodate the tastes of the modern Westerner.
- Shanghai Urban Planning & Exhibition Hall: It was built in 200 and opened to the public in the same year. With the theme of “city, human, environment, development”, it shows the whole Shanghai’s achievement in urban planning.
- Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with a height of 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia (up to the last floor to see Shanghai scenery).It is a new landmark of Shanghai in 21st century.

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning, pay a visit to Shanghai Museum which is a large museum of ancient Chinese art. After that, our driver will send you to the airport, you tour in Shanghai ends here. Home sweet home.
